As many of you know, we are mixing up our senior training during the off-season. Each Sunday session rotates between fitness and skills sessions and game-based sessions 5.30pm to 7pm. We are also combining the men’s and women’s squads during these sessions, providing a great opportunity for members to train and play alongside teammates they don’t usually get to in the regular season.
To help you stay across what’s coming up, here’s the schedule for the next few weeks:

Sunday 11th May – No training (Mother’s Day)
Sunday 18th May – Fitness and Skills
Sunday 25th May – Games
Sunday 1st June – Fitness and Skills
We encourage as many players as possible to attend, especially for the game sessions — they will be a fantastic opportunity to build club spirit and have some fun with a variety of teammates.
